A. Gratuity is greatly appreciated and is up to the customer.

Q. What if it rains on my appointment day?
A. We can reschedule you. Inclement weather policy applies.

Q. Is your company insured?
A. Yes. JMD is fully licensed and insured.

Q. How much notice is needed to schedule an appointment?
A. We prefer 3-4 days. The further in advance the better.

Q. What kind of products do you use?
A. We use professional grade products we get directly through our independent dealer. Green cleaning is available.
